For almost four decades, Generations Family Health Center, Inc. has been firmly rooted in eastern Connecticut, providing access to healthcare for all. Over the years, Generations’ mission has grown and evolved to meet the healthcare demands of the communities we serve. Generations provides medical, dental, behavioral health and support services throughout the region, with convenient locations in Danielson, Norwich, Putnam and Willimantic and through our mobile health programs.

As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we rely on community support to continue our mission of compassionate, professional, and affordable care for all.
